With the combined effort of our generous business sponsors, supporters in the boating community and our dedicated band of volunteers, much progress has been made in the reconstruction of our base, so badly damaged during the devastating storms of June 2016.

Meanwhile, the new Central Coast Council is continuing the major upgrade to the boat ramp and we’re looking forward to great boating season come Summer in Terrigal.

This site remains a record of, and testament to, the remarkable resilience of the dedicated members of the Terrigal Unit of Marine Rescue NSW and their predecessors in the former Sea Rescue Terrigal team.
After the forced merger with the larger inland-based Central Coast Unit, the open sea unit was effectively disbanded and this substantial resource for unit members, sponsors and the boating public operating at sea was determined to be surplus to needs.
